How to start with us?
You could order sample first before any bulk order. We will send sample via DHL which is a fast mean of shipping. Once you pass the samples, you can make a bulk order.
Can I get free samples?
We donot offer samples free of charges to our new customers. Samples are available against payment of samples + courier in advance through our Bankers, PayPal or Western Union. Due to safe delivery samples will only be sent per courier.
How do I get pricing?
Everything we do is on a quote by quote basis. Without seeing designs, it’s impossible for us to get a client any real numbers. Prices vary based on quantity, fabrics, embellishments, and many other factors. Clients are asked to send us mockups of what you’d like to make, as well as estimated quantities and target price. After receiving this info we can start to work out the numbers. The more details provided the better.
How Long Does Production Take?
We can ship small orders between 6-8 weeks and repeating orders between 4-6 weeks. If you need products delivered faster than that, we also have tailored solutions.
What is minimum order quantity we accept?
Our minimums generally start at 100 to 200 items per style, and color-way. This applies to most items with basic fabrics, colors, and prints. Items with unique or specialty fabrics may have higher minimums based on availability and/or difficulty to manufacturer or source?
How much do I have to pay to get started?
Once you make the decision to go into production we require a 50% deposit to get started, and the remaining 50% upon delivery.
Which courier service delivers orders?
A selection of fully tracked and insured courier services are available and selected to best suit your shipping requirements. We mostly use DHL for shipping Samples although will discuss with you the best solution for your order.
What is your return policy?
Please inspect your merchandise before wearing. We cannot accept returns on custom made or stocked and worn or washed garments under any circumstances. All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 72 hoursof receipt of merchandise.
Return requests for non custom items must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. .
Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller’s error.
